How to order
Our secure online order process is the fastest and most efficient way to order.
We are happy to offer secure online ordering using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, an Internet industry standard and state-of-the-art encryption to keep your credit card information safe.
Just click on the "Add to cart" button below the item(s) you would like to purchase, and the items will be automatically added to your shopping cart. All prices are in U.S. dollars. When you are ready to complete your order, choose from the list of shipping options and follow the simple instructions for checking out.
How to check the status of your order
When your order has been charged, packed and labeled for shipping, we send automatic notifications to the e-mail address listed on your online order. Unfortunately, sometimes these notices are caught in spam filters. If you don't see a "Your order is on the way" e-mail, we'll be happy to answer any order status questions by phone.
Bonnie's Best Art Tools welcomes Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and debit cards. We most often ship the same day you order when you pay by credit card. We prefer payment by credit card, but we will also accept money orders and personal checks. We reserve the right to hold orders for shipping until checks clear the bank.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock when your order is received, we will deduct the cost of that item from your total and send the in-stock items, unless you instruct us to hold the order until the out-of-stock item is available again.
Bonnie's Best has a daily pick-up account with UPS, and we ship packages with UPS every weekday. UPS Ground is usually the most economical way to ship larger packages and packages weighing 3 pounds or more. Small, lightweight packages are sometimes more economical if sent by Priority Mail.
We highly recommend UPS shipping because of its firm delivery dates, excellent tracking system, and automatic insurance coverage.
Orders for customers who choose UPS shipping option usually go out the same day the order comes in, as long as the order is in by 2:30 p.m. Eastern.
Orders for customers who request Priority Mail option often go out the next business day because our mail is picked up early in the day.
You will see several shipping options on the checkout page of the shopping cart. You decide which method you'd like us to use. If you request UPS shipping, be sure to give us your physical address because UPS does not deliver to post office boxes.

Returns for merchandise credit will be allowed on certain products within 10 days of purchase, with prior written (e-mailed) approval from Bonnie's Best. Returns must have a Return Authorization Number. Any items to be returned must be unopened and in original packaging.
Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Shipping is not refundable, and books, DVDs, binding wires and spiral coils may not be returned or exchanged. Please e-mail us with any questions about returning an item.
We take privacy very seriously. We protect credit card information and customer information very carefully. We will NEVER share or sell ANY information about you, including your address, telephone number, e-mail address or purchasing history.
Bonnie's Best is a retail art tools business headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are primarily an Internet retailer, but local customers or customers visiting from out of town can make an appointment with us to shop in person -- or to pick up an order without incurring a shipping charge.
